First Steps
BuySpeed Customer Support provides premium assistance to BuySpeed System Administrators and trained BuySpeed Users. Our staff is trained to assist you with business "how to" questions as well as helping you resolve technical issues.
If you encounter an issue in the BuySpeed system or have a question, bring it to the immediate attention of your BuySpeed Administrator (probably the same person who coordinated your BuySpeed training). He or she is the first line of support for BuySpeed products because:
1) Other users in your organization may have experienced a similar issue that has been resolved;
2) The BuySpeed may already have a resolution to your issue; or
3) There may be technical problems within your organization about which the BuySpeed Administrator is aware.
If the problem or question cannot be resolved, contact BuySpeed Support immediately.
Email is Fastest
Periscope's Customer Support team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time), excluding Periscope-recognized holidays. Thoroughly document your support request and send email to support@buyspeed.com. A team member will respond to your support request within one business day after receipt of your email.
We will review the request and, if appropriate, assign a tracking number that provides an easy reference for you. How you receive a support tracking number is up to you-we can email or send it via telephone-the choice is yours.
Emailed problems are easier to fix...
Emailing is the best method of submitting your support request because it is immediately entered into our tracking system and also contains a written description of your request for future reference. When submitting a support request, please provide the following information:
1) BuySpeed version;
2) Database version;
3) Provide a detailed description of your problem or question. If you are having a problem, include a description of how the problem was encounter and the specific actions that were taken when the problem occurred;
4) When possible, please attach screen shots, print screens pasted into Word, and any other useful documentation to the email.
