Government-To-Business Punch-Out

The online world of purchasing and procurement just got a whole lot easier with BuySpeed's Government To Business (G2B) Punch-Out Module.

BuySpeed's Government to Business Punch-Out allows you to take advantage of eCommerce and eProcurement by allowing you to shop vendor catalogs, at the vendor's site, while still using BuySpeed to manage and track all of your procurement processes.

Using the vendor's web site, you log in and are authenticated for the vendor catalog site via the use of BuySpeed Internet Links. Simply locate the items you wish to purchase, add them to your vendor "shopping cart" and then check out. All of the item information for the products you ordered is imported into BuySpeed, via XML, and a requisition is created.

In BuySpeed, the requisition is then processed and approved and a purchase order is issued. The purchase order is sent from BuySpeed back to the vendor site via XML. Upon receipt, the vendor sends an XML acknowledgement and BuySpeed records the transaction information. It's that simple.
